2. Beneficiary bank working hours
When you send money to a bank during non-working hours, the bank may delay processing your transfer until work hours resume. This delay could be because of a public holiday or a weekend.
If your beneficiary details are correct and situation number 2 does not apply, please contact our customer support team right away for assistance.
