If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Pyypl without first having been contacted via email, please hang up and email us at care@pyypl.com for clarification.

Please remember that Pyypl will never ask you for sensitive information like the following:
- Username
- Password
- CVV
- OTP (One-Time Password)
- Two-Factor Authentication Code
- Device Approval Code
- Wallet Addresses or seed words
- Remote access to your computer
- Removal of or changes to your account security settings
If someone requests this information, simply hang up, block and report the social media account, or phone number, and reach out to our care team immediately on your in-app chat.
