How do I update my phone number?

Your phone number is securely linked to your account for added protection.

While we can't change the number at the moment, you can create a new Pyypl account for any alternative number you may need to use.

To do this, start by:

1. Deactivating the account associated with the incorrect or old number
2. Wait 7 days for your account to be deactivated in the system
3. After 7 days, create a new Pyypl account using the new phone number
4. Please make sure your balance is zero during this process.

To note: Creating duplicate accounts without deactivating the first account, and waiting 7 days will lead to the new account getting blocked.
