Follow On-Screen Instructions:
Once you've selected the Push Provisioning or mobile wallet option, follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app. This may involve confirming your identity, accepting terms and conditions, and granting permission for the card to be added to Google Pay.
Authenticate the Process ( If necessary- this is not always applicable):
Currently we only allow email and SMS verification for your Google Pay. The user needs to have a verified email address to verify their account. Hence the following may happen.
SMS Authentication
The SMS authentication process displays a string. Worry not! If you select this option, we will send your registered phone number an SMS with your OTP.
Email Authentication
If you do not have an email address associated and verified with your profile, we will use the following email: *********@no-email.com. This will be displayed when you try add your card. Upon this we will send a notification via SMS to add & verify your email address.
If you do have an email address associated and verified with their profile for example matthew@gmail.com, we will display your email address as m*******@gmail.com. You will then receive an OTP via email to authenticate your card.
Confirmation:
After successfully completing the process, you should receive confirmation within the Pyypl app that your card has been added to Google Pay.
